💼 Operations Associate & Designer
For many clients, Eileen is the very first voice they hear when connecting with DiversiFi. As an Operations Associate and onboarding specialist, she plays a key role in shaping that first impression and ensuring new clients feel confident, informed, and supported from day one.
Her expertise centers on client onboarding and company knowledge. She meets with prospective clients, walks them through DiversiFi’s services, answers questions, and helps them determine whether the firm is the right fit. Once they decide to move forward, she ensures the onboarding process runs as smoothly as possible.
“As our onboarding specialist, my main areas of expertise are our company and services,” she explains. “I can provide an overview to leads and answer any questions before they decide to work with us.”
Eileen is also a core member of the MarCom team, serving as DiversiFi’s in-house designer and helping maintain a cohesive, thoughtful brand presence across all materials.
🧢 Wearing Many Hats
Eileen first joined DiversiFi as a graphic design contractor, creating ad hoc graphics as needed. With a background in customer service and administrative roles, she naturally stepped into additional responsibilities as the firm grew.
Outside of work, she is a full-time mom of two toddlers and loves channeling her creativity into arts and crafts, from handmade costumes to cardboard playhouses. That blend of organization and creativity shows up in her professional life as well.
🤗 Creating a Strong First Impression
For Eileen, the most rewarding part of her role is seeing leads she has guided through the onboarding process officially become clients.
“It validates that our company, services, and team of advisors truly are the best,” she says. At the same time, she enjoys seeing her design work come to life across webinars, webpages, and client materials.
She believes a great first experience begins with warmth and clarity. The first email, the first intro call, and the first interaction all matter. “The first impression will always stick,” she explains. Especially when prospective clients are evaluating multiple firms, she strives to provide a welcoming, confident presence that reassures them they are in good hands.
She also sees the firm’s website and branding as an extension of that first impression. When visitors immediately sense that DiversiFi is friendly, human, and differentiated from more traditional firms, they are more likely to take the next step.
⚙️ Making Onboarding Feel Easier
Onboarding can feel overwhelming, especially when financial planning tools and paperwork are involved. Eileen approaches those moments with flexibility and reassurance.
“I make sure to send follow-ups to ask if they have any unanswered questions,” she says. If someone gets stuck, she accommodates them and offers practical solutions. For example, if a client feels overwhelmed completing the financial planning workbook, she reassures them that their advisor can help during the first meeting.
She is not afraid to pick up the phone, clarify next steps, and stay accessible throughout the process. For her, being available builds trust.
🤝 A Trusted Liaison
Eileen works most closely with the advisory team, assigning new clients and coordinating to ensure onboarding transitions smoothly into the first advisory meeting. She also acts as a resource for clients after onboarding, assisting with scheduling, invoicing, and other operational questions.
“I love working with almost everyone across the team,” she says of her design work. Whether creating a webinar asset or designing a one-pager, she enjoys contributing to projects that support the firm’s broader goals.
💙 Proud Moments
Eileen feels proud when a lead is excited to join DiversiFi even before meeting with an advisor. It reflects the clarity and confidence she has helped create in those early conversations.
She also takes pride in being someone clients reach out to when they need support. When a client she onboarded contacts her for help, it reinforces that she has become a trusted resource.
For Eileen, every email, design, and onboarding call contributes to something bigger. A client experience that feels thoughtful, organized, and genuinely welcoming from the very beginning.
