Core Values Graphic

Our holistic and humanistic approach to financial management is based on a true passion to improve the wellbeing of those around us.

We brighten the day of others.

Elevate and support others: Support, congratulate, and acknowledge your teammate’s & client’s most significant achievements and milestones. Recognize the strengths of others and help them be at their best.

See the positive, even in perceived failure: Approach all interactions with optimism, knowing that we only learn from trying our best, even if we do not meet the planned objectives. Actively work to find a new approach instead of being defeated by frustration. Focus energy on what we can do vs. what we can’t do.

Mentor and help others be successful: Mentorship takes time, but seeing others successful and growing further as an employee, individual, or client can brighten someone's day. Thoughtfully & respectfully share feedback.

Be charitable: Stay true to our mission, be grateful that we can provide financial support the way we do, and give back because of the position we are in.

We continuously improve.

Focus on "how we can" vs. "why we can't": Proactively bring up issues along with ideas & possible solutions. Focus energy on solving problems and turning challenges into opportunities. Feel empowered to suggest changes for the better.

Plan for scale: Focus on long-term solutions over short-term fixes. Consider how decisions today will be impacted by future growth & focus on building processes/solutions with the future in mind.

Have a business-owner mindset: Be responsible with company resources, time, and seek out efficiencies. Share your innovative ideas for business growth, and speak up to raise risks that may negatively impact the business.

Have a growth mindset: Seek out personal and professional growth. Be eager to learn & grow, and seek out the positive in all feedback received, even if constructive. Be adaptable and champion change.

We get sh*t done.

Drive toward outcomes over outputs: Focus on providing value and impactful outcomes vs. checking the box on a multitude of tasks that do not result in quality outcomes. Make data-driven decisions.

Be focused & disciplined: Consistently prioritize projects that have the highest impact & value. Discuss trade-offs and prioritization openly with your manager & team.

Cross the finish line...and then some! Ensure we’re integrating all new solutions into our entire business vs. creating siloed solutions. Monitor results vs. desired success and iterate as needed.

Resourcefully problem solve: Work independently to find quick & clever solutions to overcome challenges, even if asking someone for the answer is an easier option. Document your methods and share them with others.

Be accountable & dependable: Take responsibility for your work, results, actions, and behavior. Follow through on your commitments and proactively communicate if you are unable to deliver against expectations.

We collaborate.

Seek to understand and communicate to be understood: Practice active listening, stay engaged, and when communicating be honest, solutions-minded, and thoughtful. Listen to understand, not to respond.

Appreciate & respect differences: Value individuality and the different perspectives and approaches that come from a diverse team. Be open-minded to differing opinions & viewpoints.

If one fails, we all fail: Value team success over individual success. Be willing to go beyond your role to assist others and actively offer assistance where possible. Prioritize the well-being of your teammates.

Grow together as a team: Share your opportunities and experiences with teammates to educate, mentor, and motivate one another. Have a bias towards being effective vs. being "right."

Assume good intentions: Question strategy & tactics, not motivation. In challenging situations, assume others have DiversiFi Capitals’ best interests in mind and work to see their perspective.

  • We Brighten the Day of Others: Charitable Giving

Our passion is to better the well-being of those around us. We strive to follow this motto every day and rely on it as we make crucial business decisions. As financial advisors, we feel that each of our client meetings allows us to further this passion.

In this spirit, we actively participate in the Pledge 1% program. Through this program, we commit to donating 1% of our time to charitable causes, along with monetary donations to various causes.

We love receiving input on where we provide donations. Please make your selection below to help us decide which organizations will receive a monetary donation.

Thousands of companies worldwide have taken the pledge, and dozens of VCs, incubators and conferences have joined in pushing the movement forward.
