As Operations Manager, Leanne focuses on building scalable service protocols, strengthening cross-functional collaboration, and developing high-performing teams that support long-term success.
Her expertise lies in simplifying complexity and creating structure in growth environments. She works across departments and alongside custodial partners to ensure processes are efficient, consistent, and aligned with the firm’s broader vision. Just as importantly, she invests in people development, mentoring teammates and helping them grow alongside the firm.
🔗 Driven by Connection and Purpose
Leanne often describes herself as “simple but a little fancy,” and someone who brings both structure and warmth to financial services. Outside of work, she finds joy in creating memories, staying active, spending time in nature, and living a life rooted in connection and mentorship.
Her path into financial services was personal. Growing up in a blue-collar family without access to financial education, she saw firsthand how knowledge gaps could limit opportunity. That experience motivated her to pursue a career in the industry.
After nearly a decade leading ultra-high-net-worth client services teams, she sought something more meaningful. DiversiFi’s education-first philosophy resonated deeply. “DiversiFi educates clients first on their financial health and then implements plans,” she explains. “That resonated with me immediately.” The opportunity to help build and lead a growing team felt like a natural fit.

Connection and achieving shared goals are central to how Leanne approaches her role. She gains energy from bringing teams together, aligning long-term visions, and designing processes that support both growth and education across the firm.
“I gain the most energy when connecting internal and external departments together to learn what each team needs to be successful in the firm’s vision,” she says.
Her leadership philosophy connects internal team health directly to client experience. She compares building a successful client services team to tending rich soil in a garden. By hiring empathetic and skilled professionals, investing in continuous training, and fostering accountability and open communication, the benefits naturally flow outward to clients.
“When we cultivate our internal soil well,” she explains, “clients feel that care in real time.”
🛠️ Continuous Improvement in Action
Leanne admits she gets an “odd amount of satisfaction” from investigating where processes break down and finding ways to improve them. She brings experience in proactively preventing operational issues before they affect efficiency or client service.
In her day-to-day work, she collaborates closely with the Wealth Team’s operations and trading departments, as well as firm leadership, to ensure alignment between strategy and execution. By leaning into operational oversight while also planning for long-term firm growth, she helps ensure that improvement is not reactive but intentional.

When asked about a proud moment, Leanne points to her ability to bring diverse perspectives together.
“Being able to bring our Wealth Management team together to effectively collaborate with different perspectives and opinions, and then generate actionable outcomes, is one of my strongest leadership skills,” she says.
By understanding her teammates’ communication styles and what they need in collaboration or conflict, she helps keep conversations productive and the team united. For Leanne, that unity is not just about internal harmony. It is what allows DiversiFi to consistently deliver thoughtful, coordinated service to clients.
