Resume review. You apply for a role at DiversiFi. Our team will review your application and update you via email.

Phone screen. We schedule a brief phone call between you and the hiring manager.
Interview loop. You participate in our interviews, getting to know the team and company while we get to know you. Often-times you will be given a prompt or scenario ahead of your group interview to prepare for. This scenario will help us understand how you approach work in a variety of ways as you talk through your approach during the call.
References. Depending on the role, you'll introduce us to a few folks who've previously worked with you, and we'll talk with them.
Hiring decision. After you interview, each interviewer submits written feedback independently, and we discuss feedback collectively. This discussion usually happens the same week you interview, and from that discussion, we decide on whether to move forward with a job offer. Based on the number of candidates actively interviewing, this process may take up to two weeks.
Offer. We'll extend you an offer to join DiversiFi, you sign it, and we’re off and running!

What might excite you about working with us.

We’re changing the way that people fundamentally think about Financial Planning. We truly believe we’re at the forefront of changing the perception, the approach, and the results that come with Financial Planning.
You’ll be working remotely with limited travel (at most once per quarter*) for working sessions or team events. You’ll have the flexibility to work from anywhere, assuming you’re able to follow through on your commitments.
We go on an annual team trip and have lots of fun together! Past trips include Hawaii, the California Central Coast, San Francisco, and Los Angeles.
You’ll be expected to create and influence goals, innovation, and culture. We strive to empower our team members to recommend improvements when they see something that could be better.

Why you might choose to not work with us.

We are a small but mighty team with 11 employees. If you like more established companies, this may not be the role for you.
Innovation at DiversiFi comes with ambiguity - this is not the kind of job where we outline what to do every day. If you do your best work in a highly-structured work environment, this may not be a good fit.
We conduct all business virtually over Zoom, from internal team meetings to client meetings. If you’re someone who prefers an in-person approach, this may not be the best fit.
We are an RIA and regulated as such. This means that all employees must receive approval before placing trades (this is done on a weekly basis). If you’re not willing to receive approval before you place trades, this may not be the role for you.*
